The team developed a comprehensive Design and Assessment plan to ensure the iCU intercultural dialogue program meets its stated goal - to foster meaningful intercultural connections between international and domestic students.

    • I created a PLM as a roadmap to guide this outcome assessment project.

    • Based on the findings of the assessment project, this guidebook was created to improve program design as well as to brand the program in a sustainable way.
